SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE:

  • We grow our garlic crop at Dragonfly Bay on Webb Lake near Hackensack, Minnesota, and on our farm, Dragonfly Acres, in Isanti, Minnesota.

  • Our garlic is naturally grown (our Naturally Grown certification is in the works), meaning we never use chemicals or harmful practices at any time during our planting, growing, harvesting or curing processes.

  • We sell our scapes and bulbs through our Store page page, and at various farmer's markets in the Walker/Hackensack area, and the Saint Paul/ Minneapolis metro area.

  • We sell garlic scapes in June, and seed and culinary bulbs starting in late-July.

  • Garlic bulb orders are usually ready for shipping or free, local self-pickup in late-August or early-September, depending on harvesting and drying conditions.

  • Once we begin accepting sales orders, our inventory is closely monitored.

  • We also offer wholesale pricing and delivery options!

  • If you would like to discuss purchasing quantities not listed on our Store page, or make different arrangements for ordering, delivery, self-pickup and/or shipping, please contact us!

in oil in screwtop jars. Too lazy to peel fresh?

You don't deserve to eat garlic!”  ~ Anthony Bourdain
