THE DEVINE USES FOR GARLIC IN
Our Stinky Kitchen
Secretly, we're foodies. We love developing, testing and fine-tuning new recipes that highlight the distinct flavor profiles of the gourmet and heirloom hardneck garlic varieties we grow and sell. We clearly also love garlic (even though it really can stink up a place), and experimenting in the kitchen is just another way we enjoy spending time together.
So we're excited to share the best of our favorite family recipes with you here. We hope that you'll come to see how versatile and essential good garlic is, and that you'll come to love a stinky kitchen as much as we do!
FUN GARLIC FACTS

There are over 450 known varieties of garlic, and it is one of the oldest and most widely used food flavorings on earth.
Heirloom, gourmet garlic has many unique flavor, vitamin, and mineral properties, as well as countless, proven health benefits that aren't found in any other food, which makes it an essential in every kitchen.
Cooked and raw heirloom garlic have been scientifically proven to have antibiotic, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties.
Naturally grown, fresh garlic is proven to reduce “bad” cholesterol by inhibiting enzymes from growing in liver cells.
While it's convenient sometimes to use a processed garlic product, there is nothing that rivals the flavor of fresh, locally grown hardneck garlic. You'll taste and smell the difference in your kitchen instantly!
