Green Garlic Seed
Out of stock
Green garlic is an easy to grow, early spring treat with the texture of green onions or scallions, and a mild garlic flavor.
The seeds are very small garlic bulbs, about 1/2”–1” in size, that are planted whole in the Fall. They can easily be grown in containers or in the garden. When the whole bulb is planted, green garlic emerges in the spring as a bunch and they look like green onions. These fragrant stalks are great addition to stir fries, salads and dips!
